At the heart of Nefer (nfr) Natural Skincare & Wellness is its founder, Queen Yaa Seyram—a spiritual wellness practitioner, healer, and herbalist rooted in African diasporic traditions. With a lifelong calling to nurture and restore, she draws on ancestral wisdom, sacred plant medicine, and holistic practices to create products that honor the beauty, resilience, and radiance of melanin-rich skin.
Yaa Seyram’s journey began with a desire to reconnect with the healing knowledge of her lineage and to reclaim wellness practices passed down through generations. Guided by her deep reverence for the natural world and her role as a cultural bridge, she envisioned Nefer (meaning “beautiful” in ancient Egyptian) as more than skincare—it is a ritual of remembrance, self-love, and ancestral restoration.
